Mulgirigama Raja Maha Vihara – Mullegama

The Mulgirigama Raja Maha Vihara is situated at Mullegama in Marumgoda Grama Niladhari Division of Navgaththegama Divisional Secretariat in the Puttalam District. Folk lore attributes it to King Dappula who reigned in late Anuradhapura period as the king who built it. The Dagoba in the temple premises may have been subjected to renovation.
